Jealousy

Jealousy can feel like an ugly emotion to embody! It’s also a very common feeling that people normally hate to admit they have. Why? It can make us feel weak and exposed. However, exposing it is exactly what needs to happen. It’s when we start to be honest with ourselves then we can focus on the root of our jealousy. Often times this feeling is prompted by our own feelings of inadequacy and/or need for something or someone. I have found the this emotion is chained to anger, sadness, fear and often times pride and shame. It’s complicated and it takes time to fully process.
