Meet Our Team

Phedra Smith, Q.S., LMHC

Qualified Supervisor & Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Life is difficult and we often find ourselves trying to navigate seasons that we never imagined we would be in. I hope that my life and educational experiences will serve as a breath of fresh air and support as we navigate this new season together.

The majority of my clients are women who have experienced various forms of trauma, couples who are navigating complex relationship issues, and individuals who are on a journey of healing from spiritual pain within the Christian faith.

To assist my clients in addressing deep-rooted problems effectively, I utilize a variety of methods, including EMDR, Sandtray Therapy, and Gottman techniques.

Additionally, I take great pleasure in mentoring future therapists who are seeking guidance and support for their professional growth and development.

Life is full of challenges, and we all do our best with the resources we have. Whether you're a parent feeling stressed, a child having trouble at school, a young adult moving into the workforce, or a family dealing with health issues, there is support available.

I want to help you on your journey. My experience can guide you in recognizing negative thought patterns, improving communication, building self-esteem, and mending relationships with new skills and techniques. Together, we can work toward balance and wellness.

As a military veteran and breast cancer survivor, I know how important positive support is. If you're ready for change, you don’t have to face it alone. Let’s lift the heavy burdens of anxiety, doubt, or frustration and move toward peace and healthier living.
